1. About the program
"Sigma Surveillance Text Support" is the text-message (SMS) program of Sigma Surveillance Inc. ("Sigma", "we", "us"), 285 Main St. N, Acton, Ontario L7J 1W7, Canada. Through it we:
- reply to people who text us, or who ask us on sigmasurveillance.ca to text them, about an inquiry;
- send quote follow-ups, site-assessment scheduling and reminders, and customer-support messages.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
2. How you join
You join by (a) texting us at (416) 477-5589 (Canada) or (209) 900-5884 (USA), or (b) ticking the optional text-message box on a form on sigmasurveillance.ca. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Inquiry and support conversations usually involve a few messages per request.
4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Sigma does not charge for text messages. Ask your mobile carrier about your plan.
5. How to stop
Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT or ARRET) to the number that texted you. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts from that number. Reply START to rejoin. Opt-outs apply to each Sigma number separately, so if you have texted both of our numbers, reply STOP to each. You can also ask us to stop by calling or emailing us.

7. Not for emergencies
Do not use text messages to report an emergency or a crime in progress. Call 911.
8. Supported numbers and delivery
The program is available to mobile numbers in Canada and the United States. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We will never ask you for passwords or payment card details by text.
9. Eligibility
By joining, you confirm that you are the account holder of the mobile number or are authorized to use it.
10. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates. See our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to take part after a change means you accept the updated terms.
